When you’re logged into Laterpress and reading a book, you can access your payment history with an author through the “My Account” screen.
Accessing the “My Account” Screen
Look for the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the screen. On mobile devices, tap the center of the screen first, then the menu icon will appear at the top right. Select “My Account” from the menu.
About the “My Account” Screen
Laterpress operates as a direct-to-fan platform for authors, unlike centralized retailers. This means “My Account” displays your relationship with the specific author whose book you’re reading, not all Laterpress publications.
The screen contains these sections:
- Menu Button — Access other features
- Profile Information — Your name or pseudonym for reviews (editable)
- Email Address — Associated with your account
- Password — Click “Change Password” to update it
- Newsletter — Toggle to receive author updates; blue/right = ON, gray/left = OFF
- Billing — Shows your saved credit card and chapter bundles purchased
- Subscriptions — Displays subscription amount; edit to adjust support level or cancel
- Payment History — Lists transaction dates, purchased items, and amounts spent with that author
